This month, the trend continues for most of <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/rental-listings?cities%5B0%5D=Vancouver\" target=\"_blank\">Greater Vancouver<\/a> with <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Surrey (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/rental-listings\/map?cities=Surrey&amp;page=1\" target=\"_blank\">Surrey<\/a> experiencing a 11.39% decrease in furnished rental rates. <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"North Vancouver, (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/rental-listings\/map?cities=North%20Vancouver&amp;housing_types=HIGHRISE&amp;housing_types=HOUSE&amp;housing_types=TOWNHOUSE&amp;unit_types=ENTIRE&amp;unit_types=PARTIAL&amp;unit_types=SINGLE&amp;furnished=true&amp;page=1\" target=\"_blank\">North Vancouver,<\/a> in turn, saw the largest increase in prices for furnished rentals &#8211; a rise of 4.6%.
