While there is slightly less volatility in unfurnished rental rates, a downward trend in the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/rental-listings?cities=Toronto\" target=\"_blank\">GTA<\/a> persists, especially in the North York region and in the furnished rental category. Where last month only saw a 0.84% decrease, there has been a 8.24% drop in North York&#8217;s rates. <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/rental-listings?cities=Toronto\" target=\"_blank\">Vaughan\/Richmond Hill<\/a>, continues to have the highest increase in furnished rental rates at 2.64%, a slight drop from The average rent in Toronto for an unfurnished one-bedroom apartment is $1,737, down just one dollar from <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/blog\/2020\/09\/september-2020-toronto-rent-report\/\" target=\"_blank\">September&#8217;s<\/a> $1,738.
