This month, the trend continues for most of <a href=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/rental-listings?cities%5B0%5D=Vancouver\">Greater Vancouver<\/a> with <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Burnaby (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/rental-listings\/city\/burnaby?page=1\" target=\"_blank\">Burnaby<\/a> being the only exception &#8211; seeing a 5.75% increase in furnished rental rates. This month we share this quarterly metric with our readers. It is a key indicator of value for money, however, it does not take into account variables like transit accessibility and rental amenities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img
