Almost across the board, the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"GTA (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/rental-listings?cities=Toronto\" target=\"_blank\">GTA<\/a> experienced downward volatility in rates. The only exception was in the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Vaughan\/Richmond Hill (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/rental-listings?cities=Toronto\" target=\"_blank\">Vaughan\/Richmond Hill<\/a> region where there was a 4.58% increase in furnished rental rates; however, keep in mind, those rates experienced a significant drop of 13.94% the previous month so this appears to be a slight recovery in the furnished rental market for <a href=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/rental-listings?cities=Toronto\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" The average rent in Toronto for an unfurnished one-bedroom apartment is $1,738, down from <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"August's (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/blog\/2020\/08\/august-2020-toronto-rent-report\/\" target=\"_blank\">August&#8217;s<\/a> $1,773.
