Update Availability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the landlord dashboard, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Select <strong>Tenants<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the <strong>Listing<\/strong> to be re-listed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <strong>Resources<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <strong>Relist this Unit<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Modify the <strong>start date<\/strong> of property availability<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Revise other information <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At this point, you have a chance to revise any of the property information stored in the app and to be made public to liv.rent users.  You can modify any of the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Rental rate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pet friendliness of property<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maximum number of occupants permitted<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unfurnished\/furnished status<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lease type<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"354\" height=\"767\" src=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Re-listing.gif\" alt=\"How do I relist my rental on liv.rent? \" class=\"wp-image-13759\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Publish\/Relist your Property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the new move-in date is set and listing details are confirmed, simply hit<strong> Publish<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If there is an active contract in place, the app will pop up with a warning message stating: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong><em>ACTIVE TENANCY: You may still proceed to relist your unit. However, you must end the current tenancy before sending a new contract.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Close it and your property will be listed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"354\" height=\"767\" src=\"https:\/\/liv.rent\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Re-list-with-warning.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13760\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><em>NOTE: In order to use the relist feature, landlords need to have contracts (active or not) associated with that specific listing.
