Tax\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u73b0\u884c\u7684\u201c\u7089\u7076\u7a0e\u201d\u6307\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u4e0d\u7ba1\u4e1a\u4e3b\u662f\u5426\u5c06\u623f\u5b50\u51fa\u79df\uff0c\u53ea\u8981\u662f\u62e5\u6709\u7b2c\u4e8c\u4e2a\u5957\u623f\u7684\u4e1a\u4e3b\u5fc5\u987b\u7f34\u7eb3\u989d\u5916\u7684\u516c\u5171\u4e8b\u4e1a\u8d39\uff08Supplementary Utility Fees\uff09\u4e0b\u6c34\u9053\uff08Sewer\uff09\u548c\u6c34\u9644\u52a0\u8d39\uff08Water License\u201d\u7684\u623f\u4e1c\u6240\u6709\u7684\u6536\u5165\u5c06\u88ab\u767b\u8bb0\u5165\u518c\uff0c\u4ee5\u201c\u516c\u53f8\u76c8\u5229\u201d\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u5f81\u7a0e\uff0c\u597d\u5904\u662f\u623f\u5c4b\u7684\u7ef4\u4fee\u7b49\u82b1\u8d39\u53ef\u80fd\u88ab\u7528\u4e8e\u6210\u672c\u62b5\u6d88\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u65e0\u7591\u623f\u4e1c\u7684\u6536\u5165\u3001\u7f34\u7a0e\u66f4\u5c06\u900f\u660e\u5316\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u53d8\u76f8\u5f81\u7a0e\u4e5f\u662f\u6b63\u5f0f\u5f81\u7a0e\u7684\u524d\u594f\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u6e29\u54e5\u534e\u57282012\u5e74\u6b32\u5f81\u6536\u7684\u201c\u5367\u5ba4\u7a0eBedroom
