Best Summer Patio Restaurants Vancouver BC

Patio Perfect: Our Top Picks for Al Fresco Fun

Nothing says summer like al fresco eating and drinking. Despite endless coastline and inimitable views, Vancouver has shockingly few patios due to strict restaurant and liquor licensing laws. We wish we had more but as September looms, we figured we’d better make the most of the options we do have. We encourage you to do the same and enjoy a drink and a nibble at any one of our top 5 favorite patios:

Reflections

Surrounded by buildings but open to the sky, this contemporary outdoor lounge is located on the 4th floor of the Rosewood Hotel Georgia. Removed from the traffic and noise of Georgia St, it gives off a seductive, South Beach vibe. Try the Watermelon Smash or, for a real kick in the pants, a Mexican Pick Me Up – a heady blend of Patron Reposado, Patron XO Cafe, Cointreau,  chilled espresso, and Xocolati. Open seasonally between April and October and then again over the Christmas holidays, it is well worth a visit.
